Terms & Conditions

We provide digital services as agreed with each client, including scope, timelines, and pricing defined in a written proposal or agreement prior to commencement of work.

Payments are due as specified in the project invoice or agreement. We accept UPI, net banking, cards, and other RBI-approved payment gateways.

For custom projects, a 50% advance payment is generally required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements, content, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

All intellectual property created during a project remains the property of Social Partners Technologies until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Social Partners Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or deliverables.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
