Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a digital services provider, Social Partners Technologies does not ship physical products. All deliverables — websites, applications, software, CRM systems, and marketing assets — are delivered electronically.

1. Service Delivery

Deliverables are shared via email, cloud storage (such as Google Drive or Dropbox), secure links, project management platforms, or direct upload to your server or hosting account, as agreed during project planning.

2. Access Credentials

Admin logins, source code, database access, and documentation are shared securely (encrypted or password-protected) after full payment has been received.

3. Milestone-Based Delivery

Larger or more complex projects are delivered in phases. Each milestone is reviewed and approved by the client before the next phase begins, with deliverables and payments tied to agreed milestones.

4. Hosting and Deployment

If you host with your own provider, we deploy directly to your server. If we manage hosting on your behalf, access credentials and domain information are shared after project completion and full payment.

5. Post-Delivery Support and Acknowledgement

We provide a limited post-delivery support window as specified in your project agreement. Clients are asked to acknowledge receipt of deliverables within 3 business days, after which the project is considered closed.
